| NOTE: Timeslots are NOT the same as simply scheduling a post for a future date and time. To schedule a post for the future, just select "Choose date & time".
Creating a Timeslot allows you to set predetermined timeslots for your posts, such as every weekday at 12:30 PM.
When you choose "Add to Timeslot", that post will be added to the next unfilled Timeslot under that Category and Account. This way, you do not need to manually choose a date and time for each scheduled post.

The Basic Plan has a SCHEDULED post limit of 300.
This is not a weekly or monthly limit, but rather the maximum number of SCHEDULED posts that you can have at any given time.
Example:
You schedule 300 posts. Once 1 of them publishes (moving your total scheduled posts to 299), you can schedule 1 more post to top it back up to 300 scheduled posts.

If you are on an Android phone, you may not see the multi-image icon (❐) when trying to post to Instagram.
This a limitation from Instagram's end on Android (they only allow 1 image when another app opens the Instagram app).
So as a workaround, you can click "Share to Instagram" in the OneUp mobile app, so the caption gets copied to your phone, and the images get downloaded to your phone's gallery.

Yes, you can add a CTA button to your Google My Business via bulk upload.
Once you get to the scheduling page and select a Google My Business account, you will see the option to add a CTA button on each individual post.
If you want to add a CTA button for all posts at once instead, click the blue banner at the top.
However, when you add an image to your post with a link in it, the image will override any link preview on Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, LinkedIn, and X.

OR you can have the CTA link automatically populated with the URL from each post from your feed.

If you scheduled a post that failed to publish on multiple social media accounts, you probably don't want to click the "Reschedule post" button over and over again.
Instead, it may be more efficient for you to simply schedule the post again from scratch, where you can select all of your accounts while scheduling.

Each social network has policies and security algorithms intended to keep its users’ accounts and data secure. All trials of paid plans have a post limit. This is to protect against spammers abusing our platform.

GMB has started having some posts show on your profile for longer than 7 days. In some cases, you may have a newer post, but the older post is showing in front of the newer post.
You can open the active post, then scroll down to see your newer post.

If your post is past the scheduled time of when it should have been posted, it is usually caused by a delay in the social networks' API.
