Instagram account not found when connecting Instagram
If your accounts are tied to the same login, OneUp's connection flow may show only one of them, usually the account currently active in your browser.
This is especially likely if your "main" Instagram account is still a Personal account and you've since added Business or Creator accounts under the same login.
In that case, OneUp defaults to asking you to convert the Personal account rather than detecting the Business accounts you actually want.
How to connect a specific account (or a second, third, and so on):
- Go to instagram.com and log out completely.
- Log back in using only the Instagram Business or Creator account you want to connect. This makes it the active session.
- Return to OneUp and follow the steps to connect your Professional account.
- Repeat for each additional account: log out of Instagram, log in as the next account, then connect it in OneUp

💡Tip: Use an incognito or private browsing window if your browser keeps remembering past login credentials. A fresh private window is the quickest way to ensure OneUp sees the correct account.
If you are having issues connecting a Business or Creator Instagram account, there are 4 important things to double-check:
- Is your Instagram account linked to a Facebook Page?
You can confirm this in your Facebook Page settings under "Linked Accounts". If it is not linked, you can link it there. Note that only 1 Business or Creator Instagram account can be linked to 1 Facebook Page.

Make sure that your account does NOT show "Review Connection" here. If it does, click the "Review Connection" button and follow the steps.

- Are you an Admin of the linked Facebook Page?
To check your role, go to "Page Roles" in your Facebook Page settings.
- Are you sure your Instagram account is a Business or Creator account?
Please make sure your Instagram account is a Business or Creator account, and NOT a Personal account.
- When you get to this screen, you NEED to select all the Facebook Page(s) that are linked to the Instagram account(s) you are trying to connect, even if you are not using OneUp to post to your Facebook Page:

Another tip:
When connecting, click Edit Settings and make sure all of your Instagram accounts are checked

If your Business or Creator Instagram account is already linked to a Facebook Page and you are still having issues, try unlinking the Instagram account from the Facebook Page, then linking them again (linking them from the Facebook Page settings).
Afterwards, try to connect the Instagram account in OneUp.
If you have confirmed and tried everything above and you're still having issues, follow the steps listed here
