This was a temporary issue. However, your post still published successfully to Google and no action is needed (unless it was a repeating post).

NOTE: If your post was a repeating post, you will need to reschedule the failed post for the repeat instances to occur.

Requested entity was not found.

This means that the GMB location was not found.

In many cases, the person who originally connected these Google Business Profile locations to OneUp may have been removed from the Google Business Profile. If that is the case, you will need to go to the Accounts page of OneUp and connect the Google Business Profile locations again, and then remove the old duplicate Google Business Profile locations.

Other times, it is a duplicate listing that is not

Scheduling posts to Personal Facebook Profiles

Facebook does not allow scheduling tools to post directly to personal Facebook Profiles.

However, here is how to schedule posts to a personal Facebook profile that publish directly (no mobile notifications needed) using Instagram's "Also share on" cross-posting feature:

Schedule the post to an Instagram account
Toggle on the "Also share on" and choose your personal Facebook profile. This works with personal, creator, or business Instagram accounts.
Then you can schedule out your post up to 30 days in advance in the Instagram app.

Tips:

If you dont have an Instagram account, or dont want to share the same posts on your primary Instagram account, you can create a dummy Instagram account for the sole purpose of being able to schedule posts and those posts getting cross-posted to your personal Facebook profile.
If you dont see your personal Facebook profile as an option in the "Also share on" part of the Instagram app, make sure you have your personal Facebook profile linked in the Meta Accounts Center (under "Connected Experiences" ➡️ "Sharing across profiles"): https://accountscenter.instagram.com/connected_experiences/

Posts at same date and time are now bundled together in the Queue and Calendar

Previously, OneUp would display all posts in the Queue and Calendar separately, which led to a lot of scrolling.

Now, whenever a post is scheduled at the exact same date and time as other posts, they will be displayed as bundled together:

What counts as a social account?

OneUp counts each individual account that's connected as 1 account towards your account limit.

Each Facebook Page counts as 1 social account. Each Facebook Group counts as 1 social account. Each personal Facebook profile counts as 1 social account. Each Instagram account counts as 1 social profile. Each LinkedIn Profile counts as 1 social account. Each LinkedIn Page counts as 1 social account. Each Google Business Profile location that is connected to OneUp counts as 1 social account. Each Pinterest account counts as 1 social account. Each Snapchat account counts as 1 social account. Each Bluesky account counts as 1 social account. Each YouTube account counts as 1 social account. Each TikTok account counts as 1 social account. Each Discord account counts as 1 social account. Each Threads account counts as 1 social account. Each X account counts as 1 social account (Note that X has its own specific limit per plan).

| For example, if you connected 3 Facebook Pages and 2 Instagram accounts, and a Google Business Profile account with 5 locations, that would count as 10 total social accounts.

Purchasing additional accounts as add-on

You can purchase additional accounts as an add-on. The pricing for each additional account depends on what plan you are on:

Basic Plan: $5/mo per account over your plan limit Intermediate Plan: $4/mo per account over your plan limit Growth Plan: $3/mo

What does "Unlimited posts" mean?

|| For the Basic Plan, the 300 post limit is not a weekly, monthly, or yearly limit, but rather the TOTAL amount of scheduled posts you can have at any given time. Click here to learn how scheduled posts are counted on the Basic Plan.

We want to make OneUp as simple and easy to use as possible, without needing to think about hitting any post limits.

However, with those generous limits come a few measures we've put in place to prevent spammers and bad actors from ruining OneUp for everyone else:

Basic Plan - Maximum of 150 published posts per day (across all accounts), in addition to the 300 TOTAL post limit Intermediate Plan - Maximum of 500 published posts per day (across all accounts) Growth Plan - Maximum of 750 published posts per day (across all accounts) Business Plan - Maximum of 1,000 published posts per day (across all accounts)

First, go to Cross-posting in the Create a post dropdown:

Then click the "From RSS/Facebook Page" option:

Click "Add new feed", then enter in your RSS feed URL here. If you are having issues with your RSS feed URL, check here.

Choose your publishing options, and which account(s) you want to post to.

Next, choose whether you want it to publish just the most recent post from this feed, or whether you want it to queue up all posts now (up to the max) from this feed.

The maximum number of past posts OneUp can queue up is 10.
