What is OneUp's cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your OneUp trial or subscription at any time from the Billing section, by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button.

If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. In addition, if you cancel within a week of your free trial ending and want a refund, we will issue a 100% refund 🙂

⚠️ Please note that any abusive behavior towards OneUp will not be elgible for a refund (such as using OneUp's crossposting feature to post your back catalog of posts from one account to your other accounts, and then asking for a refund)
