Shareable Calendar Links

TIP 1: You can also use Shareable Calendar links to allow clients or team members to approve posts.

TIP 2: Once you create a shareable calendar link, that link stays active indefinitely (until you choose to delete it). So if you send a shareable calendar link to a client, they can keep using that same link to approve or reject posts for posts that are created both now or in the future. You do NOT need to send them a new shareable calendar link each time.

You can specify which category and which social accounts should be shown in each Shareable Calendar Link.

There is no limit to the number of Shareable Calendar Links you can create, and links will stay active indefinitely (until they are deleted).

If someone opens a Shareable Calendar Link, they will be able to see posts in the Calendar. They will not be able to edit any posts, but they CAN click on a post to leave an internal comment on that post.

The OneUp account admin will receive an email notification about any internal comments on posts.

TIP: Shareable Calendar Links will even show posts that were created AFTER the Shareable Calendar Link was created 😊
