Posting to OneUp from a Google Sheet
OneUp allows you to post to your social media accounts by pasting in a Google Sheet URL.
Here is an example Google Sheet (👈 click to open) of how your sheet should be formatted:
Note that your sheet MUST contain the column headers Content, Image URL, Video URL, Category Name, Social Account Name, Platform, Date Time
We recommend starting from our example sheet, to avoid any typos in the column headers.
Important things to remember:
- Image and video URLs must be publicly accessible.
- If you are using Google Drive video links for your video URLs, the video must be under 100MB (otherwise Google does not allow the video to be fetched).
- In the "Platform" field, you will need to spell the social network name exactly as below (not case-sensitive):
- GBP
- TikTok
- X
- YouTube
- Threads
- Snapchat
- Bluesky
What date and time formatting is accepted?
"hh:mmAM MM/DD/YYYY" // 10:00AM 12/20/2025
"hh:mm PM MM/DD/YYYY" // 10:00 PM 12/20/2025
"HH:mm MM/DD/YYYY" // 22:00 12/20/2025
"YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm" // 2025-12-20 22:00
"MM/DD/YYYY HH:mm" // 12/20/2025 22:00
Does the social account name have to be exact?
Yes, in the Social Account Name field, you need to have the exact name as it shows in OneUp.
That means, for example, if it's a GBP account, you will need to add the parantheses and address that shows in OneUp.
Can I add more than 1 social account in the Social Account Name field?
At this time, you can only add 1 social account (and 1 social network) per row.
So if you wanted to post the same thing, for example, to both a Facebook and LinkedIn account, that would require adding 2 rows.
