Does OneUp compress or downscale videos?

For all social networks: OneUp does not compress or downscale videos as long as the video bitrate is less than or equal to 25 Mbps.

For videos with a video bitrate over 25 Mbps, the bitrate will be automatically reduced to under 25 Mbps (otherwise it will fail to publish via most social networks' APIs).

In addition, for Instagram only: If the video width is less than or equal to 1920 pixels, no compression or downscaling will happen.

However, if the video width is greater than 1920 pixels, OneUp will automatically reduce the width to 1920px to meet the requirements of Instagram's API.
