DM automation triggers not working

If your DM automations are not being triggered, there are 2 things to check for:

Are you testing with a comment from the same account you created the automation on?

The trigger will only work if the keyword is commented from a different account

Do you have all the proper permissions enabled?

If your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook Page, you can you go here: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools

Then click "Remove" on the OneUp integration.

After doing so, go to the Accounts page in OneUp and click the "Refresh Connection" option on this Instagram account and enable all permissions when prompted.

If your Instagram account is NOT linked to a Facebook Page, you can you go here: https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/

Then click "Remove" on the OneUp integration.

After doing so, go to the Accounts page in OneUp and click the "Refresh Connection" option on this Instagram account and enable all permissions when prompted.
